Pour lui, l’art peut changer la société. Il s’investit dans l’action sociale ainsi que dans la gestion d’organismes culturels. 
 

Il a fait des études en art, en multimédia, en éducation et en communication. 
 

Pigiste, il enseignera en art et en multimédia à plusieurs reprises et contribuera au développement d’organismes culturels et à la création de nouveaux programmes universitaires en art. 
 

Tôt, il aura entrepris une profonde réflexion sur l’art, son rôle social et le droit d’expression des artistes. 
 

Il signera plusieurs articles dans des médias alternatifs et culturels et il est l’auteur de la théorie médiatique de l’art. 
 

Il animera les comités responsables d’organiser les activités artistiques pour le Forum social mondial (FSM Montréal) en 2016 et pour le Forum social des peuples (FSP Ottawa) en 2014. 
 

Il vient de publier son deuxième essai, « L’art est un média de masse » (2021). 
 

Il se consacre à sa carrière artistique et a présenté ses œuvres en public à plusieurs reprises.

Claude Philippe Nolin is a multidisciplinary visual artist, writer and cultural worker. For him, art can change society. He is involved in social action as well as in the management of cultural organizations. He studied art, multimedia, education and communication.
Freelance, he taught art and multimedia on several occasions and contributed to the development of cultural organizations and the creation of new university art programs. Early on, he began a profound reflection on art, its social role and the right of expression of artists.
He will write several articles in alternative and cultural media and is the author of the media theory of art.
He will lead the committees responsible for organizing artistic activities for the World Social Forum (WSF Montreal) in 2016 and for the People’s Social Forum (WSF Ottawa) in 2014.
He has just published his second essay, “L'art est un média de masse” (2021). He devoted himself to his artistic career and presented his works in public several times. »
